This EP is a collection of delicate, calm, warm, minimalist ambient tracks leaning towards drone, that are more sonic environments to explore than traditional songs. They meander, using sparse melodies and subtle changes to grab some attention, but at the same time stay in the background. In this, they are different from my earlier, more piano-focused work.

Initially they were the result of insomnia: in a time I had trouble sleeping I found out I actually fall asleep easier when listening to my own music. After that I started making music with this goal in mind and listening more to other artists creating calming ambient pieces. Now I have decided to also release this music as ‘Music for Quiet'. Apart from sleeping and resting, these tracks are of course also fit to use for focus oriented activities like studying, meditation or taking a step back from the hassles of every day.

This musician are adding sounds by track progressing. That's Theory on the DTM, but Illvia's choice are much Cinematic. A Bassline started from little wave, adding water flow(I remembered Squarepusher - Bubble Life), shorebirds sings, at last that reached to the beach, or became to dynamic Drum and Bass(Track 2, Sea of Crisis).
